FMH Rose Hill is an outpatient facility extending the hospital’s quality care to neighborhoods just north of Frederick City. The site features laboratory draw and specimen collection stations, comprehensive rehabilitation services and a vast array of imaging modalities. Patients of all ages visit this outpatient center, many for pre-surgical screenings.

FMH Crestwood

FMH Crestwood is the healthcare system’s newest free-standing outpatient facility. It is home to a walk-in laboratory site, comprehensive general imaging suite and state-of-the-art rehabilitation services as well as the FMH Women’s Center, a suite dedicated to caring exclusively for women from mammograms to consultations with our fellowship-trained breast surgeon.
Staff at FMH Crestwood includes: Radiologists, Nurses, Phlebotomists, Registration staff, Radiology Technicians, MRI Technicians, Radiology Support Assistants, Mammography Technicians, Sonogram Technicians, CT Technicians, Nuclear Medicine Technicians and Physical Therapists. They see patients of all ages, although EKGs are only offered to patients of at least five years of age.
FMH Urbana

FMH Urbana is the healthcare system’s presence in the southern part of Frederick County. Services offered include laboratory draws and specimen collection as well as X-ray imaging. Immediate Care Services will be added in the future. Employees at FMH Urbana include: Registration staff, Radiology Technicians and Phlebotomists. The building is also home to multi-specialty office space, where Physicians and Physicians’ Assistants work.
The FMH Regional Cancer Therapy Center is located just across the street from the hospital’s main campus and is home to the most comprehensive cancer care available in Frederick County.
From diagnosis to treatment, support and recovery, adults in need of outpatient cancer therapy can find everything they need. Services offered include chemotherapy, radiation therapy (IMRT,CyberKnife ) and access to a wide range of patient education programs.
Employee-members include specialty-trained Nurses, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Radiation Therapists and Physicists. Social Workers provide support services and guidance as the patients work through any psychological and/or emotional issues. Abstractors collect, analyze and report data related to patients’ cancers. Support staff help register patients and answer questions about their insurance coverage.
The Regional Cancer Therapy Center has been ranked as one of the top 100 in the United States by Cancer Magazine. In 2002, the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer recognized the cancer program as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Program, an honor only 22 percent of hospitals in the nation achieve.
FMH Immediate Care at Oak Street serves patients with non-life threatening injuries. From sprains and strains to travel immunizations, this walk-in facility sees patients of every age and condition. Employees here include: Physicians, Physicians’ Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Radiology Technicians, Medical Assistants and Receptionist staff.

FMH Union Bridge

FMH Union Bridge is a primary care physician practice with two physicians board-certified in Family Practice. The office sees patients of all ages for well and sick visits, and to cope with chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, etc.). Employees can also perform minor surgical procedures like simple suturing and the removal of skin tags, warts and lesions. Employee positions include: Physicians, Physicians’ Assistant, Nurses, Medical Assistants and Receptionists. The office also welcomes externs from Frederick Community College’s medical assistant program.

The FMH Wellness Center, a division of Frederick Regional Health System, promotes healthier lifestyles by providing health education classes, health screenings, and a wide variety of individual services. Weight management, childbirth education, therapeutic massage, and yoga are just a few of the programs that are offered. In addition, the center has a retail store that offers products that subscribe to the FMH philosophy that total wellness incorporates the mind, body and spirit.
FMH Medical Fitness

This facility provides medically monitored exercise programs to promote health and prevent disease. The staff consists of Nurses and Exercise Physiologists trained and certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Exercise and fitness programs are prepared with the individual in mind, and are structured and implemented according to physician approval when needed.
A division of the Frederick Regional Health System, Hospice of Frederick County is a specialized service for families who need expert help to care for a loved one facing advanced stages of illness.
